Optimus Physiotherapy was established after identifying the lack of private specific cancer physiotherapy services available in South East Wales. Optimus Physiotherapy wants people to have a choice as to what physiotherapy they can access but also for them to be confident that the knowledge, skills and experience of the physiotherapist they are seeing is appropriate for them.

Women's Health Physiotherapy
We also offer specialised physiotherapy services for women, addressing issues such as urinary frequency, urgency and incontinence as a result of cancer treatment, as well as sexual dysfunction.
Acupuncture **COMING SOON**
Acupuncture is available as a stand alone treatment, for example for the management of hot flushes, or as part of a treatment plan alongside exercises and other modalities.
Physiotherapy that comes to you
Optimus Physiotherapy offers a mobile service within South East Wales where we come to you.
Seeing you in your own home can be more comfortable for you, allowing you to feel relaxed and reassured.
Video consultations are also available. Evidence suggests this can be just as beneficial as a face to face appointment.

If the physiotherapist deems something to be unsafe or not appropriate this will be discussed on an individual basis.
